Fee schedule
Applies to all accounts
OGuard routes every order to a third-party liquidity provider, and charges you the same trading fee that provider charges on the fill. There is no OGuard mark-up on top of the trading fee. This page sets out every charge that reaches your balance, and — just as importantly — the one adjustment we make to prices you see on screen.
USDT perpetual futures
| Maker (resting limit order) | 0.02% |
|---|---|
| Taker (market order) | 0.055% |
| Fee currency | USDT |
| Charged on | Order value (contracts × fill price), on open and on close |
The fee is deducted from your balance at execution. It is not a percentage of your margin or of your profit — it is a percentage of the notional value you traded.
Tokenized stocks
| Buy and sell | 0.1% |
|---|---|
| Fee currency on a buy | The asset you bought — the quantity that lands is net of the fee |
| Fee currency on a sell | USDT, deducted from the proceeds |
Tokenized stocks settle on the same rails as spot trading, so a single rate applies to both market and limit orders rather than a maker/taker split. Because a buy fee is taken in the asset itself, buying 1 unit leaves you holding slightly under 1 unit; the trade receipt shows the exact quantity and the exact fee.
Estimates before the trade, actuals after it
OGuard does not query a live per-account fee rate
The “estimated fee” shown in the order ticket before you submit is calculated from the fixed rates published above. The platform does not ask the liquidity provider what your account’s rate is before you trade, so the pre-trade figure is an estimate, not a quote.
The authoritative fee is the one returned on the fill itself. It is stored against the trade and displayed verbatim in your trade history, alongside the fee rate that was actually applied. If a recorded rate ever differs from the schedule above, the recorded rate is what you were charged — tell us and we will correct this page.
Funding on perpetual futures
Perpetual futures have no expiry, so the market keeps the contract tethered to the underlying with a periodic funding payment between long and short holders. It settles at fixed intervals; if you hold a position at a settlement, you either pay or receive it depending on your side and the sign of the rate. If you have no open position at settlement, you neither pay nor receive.
Funding is not an OGuard fee. It is a market mechanism paid between traders. OGuard takes no share of it and adds nothing to it. Every settlement that touched your account appears in your transaction history with its exact amount.
The funding rate shown in the interface is the rate your position settles at — OGuard applies no adjustment to it. The settlement recorded in your transaction history remains the authoritative record of the amount that moved.
Spread on quoted prices
Quoted bid and ask include an OGuard spread
The buy and sell prices quoted in the interface are widened by 0.002% of the mid price on each side — a total of 0.004% added to the quoted spread. This is a display adjustment applied by OGuard.
The last traded price, the mark price and the index price carry no adjustment, and the depth ladder is a display aid rather than a real book. Your order is submitted at the price you enter (limit) or filled at the prevailing market price (market) — the widened quote is not a price you are charged.
Deposits
| OGuard deposit fee | None |
|---|---|
| Accepted asset and network | USDT on TRON (TRC-20) only |
| Minimum per request | 10 USDT |
| Maximum per request | 50,000 USDT |
| On-chain amounts ignoredDust and zero-value transfers are not credited | Under 1 USDT |
You are credited the full amount that arrives. The TRON network fee for sending the transfer is charged by your own wallet or exchange before the funds leave — OGuard never sees it and never deducts one. Deposits above the per-request maximum should be split across several requests.
Withdrawals
| OGuard withdrawal fee | None |
|---|---|
| TRON network feeIt is not deducted from your withdrawal | Paid by OGuard |
| Amount you receive | The full amount you requested |
| Minimum per request | 10 USDT |
| Maximum per request | 50,000 USDT |
| Concurrent requests | One withdrawal at a time per account |
The amount debited from your balance is the amount sent on chain. Every withdrawal requires a one-time security code and is reviewed by an administrator before it is paid — see Trust & security for what that review involves and Help for how long it takes.
Earn
| Fee to open a lock | None |
|---|---|
| Fee on a scheduled payout | None |
| Fee at maturity | None |
| Management or performance fee | None |
| Early exitA lock cannot be closed before maturity, at any price | Not available |
The advertised APR is the rate used to build your payout schedule, and the schedule is fixed and shown in full before you confirm. Nothing is subtracted from it. Because there is no early-exit mechanism at all, there is also no early-exit penalty — the correct question to ask before locking is whether you can do without the principal for the whole term.
Charges OGuard does not make
There is no account-opening fee, no account-maintenance or inactivity fee, no custody fee, no market-data or charting fee, and no fee to close a position beyond the trading fee published above. Crypto spot trading and P2P are not currently offered, so no fee schedule applies to them.
If you are ever charged something that is not on this page, email support@oguard.io with the trade or transaction and we will explain it or refund it.
