Privacy Policy
In review
OGuard’s Privacy Policy is being finalised under legal review. In the interim, we collect only the data necessary to process applications, provide trading services, and meet applicable compliance obligations. Onboarding identity checks are performed in person, never inside the app.
To request the current draft of the Privacy Policy or a record of personal data held against your account, email support@oguard.io. We will reply with the most recent version and, on request, a copy or deletion of data you can identify.
Applications submitted before the final Privacy Policy is published will be re-asked to acknowledge the published version once it is available.
