OGuard’s Terms of Service are being finalised under legal review. The current draft, including any binding clauses an applicant should review before opening an account, is available on request.
To receive the latest draft, email support@oguard.io and we will reply with the most recent version. Applications submitted before the final Terms are published will be re-asked to acknowledge the published version once it is available.
If you have already submitted an application and want to review what you agreed to, the registration record stores the timestamp of acceptance; the document linked at that timestamp will be the one you formally agreed to.
